The Real Estate Marketer’s Complete App Kit

The life of a real estate agent is always “on the go”, with the need to monitor markets, advertise properties and conclude transactions. For this reason, the growth of mobile technology has made life much simpler for real estate professionals as all these functions can now be carried out using digital methods. So which are the best apps for real estate marketing?

#1. Vert

As an agent, you are constantly converting from one measurement to another, be it length, size, weight or even currency. With Vert, all you need to do is tap on the unit of measurement and swipe. Easy.

#2. Scannable

This app has made scanning very easy for Evernote uses.  You don’t need a scanner, all you need is Scannable! Just aim the camera, and Scannable immediately identifies business cards, receipts, and other paper items it’s pointed at. The app automatically detects the document’s edges and then captures it. This app is available on iPads and iPhones and will be on Android soon.

#3. Adobe Photoshop Express

This is unarguably one of the best apps for editing.  You could use this app to crop, correct contrast and removal blemishes. Once you are done, you can then upload your perfect images to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to advertise your properties. This app is free.

#4. Microsoft Word

For your documents, typing doesn’t get any easier than using Microsoft Word.  It helps with viewing and editing your documents, and is very good at pointing out mistakes made in your document. Nobody wants to present work that has a lot (or even a few) embarrassing grammatical errors. It looks totally unprofessional.

With MS Word, it is also easier to print with AirPrint when you’re done editing your document.  Despite the app being free, you need to have a subscription for Office 360 in order to access the full Office experience.

#5. Lastpass

Passwords are hard to keep track of. If only you could use one password for everything, but we all know that isn’t considered safe. How then do you remember your passwords without having to crack your brain or create a new password every time you open an app or anything else? Lastpass might just be the answer you seek. This app doesn’t only help you organize your passwords, it will also sync your passwords between your devices.
