Time Getting Exhausted For Unclaimed Lotto Ticket

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation on Thursday announced that an unknown winner is yet to claim a Lotto 6/49 which is worth $1 million.

The company is urging players than purchase tickets in Toronto last March to do a thorough check as time is running out for the ticket to be claimed.

The unclaimed ticket was selected on March 2, 2016 and as of now, the ticket still remains unclaimed.

With such a huge sum of money waiting to be owned, people should double check their clothing, handbags, shopping bags and pants pocket to see if they are the lucky winners.

Going by the regulations of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, a ticket can remain unclaimed for a period of one year from the date the prize draw is selected.

This gives people an appreciable amount of time to discover if they have won a prize after the draw has been made.

According to the company, the winning numbers of the draw were 5-5-3-0-8-1-3-9-06.

Anyone holding a ticket with these figures should immediately report to the OLG before March 2 to claim their prize after filling out the back portion of the ticket.

For players that are uncertain about the process, all information I regards to the ticket can be found on the OLG’s website.
