Land Transactions Steadily Increase In Vancouver
The rate at which residential lands are being sold for in Metro Vancouver has gone up and increased rapidly from last year to no, with just 550 sale transactions that amounted to a total of $2.6 billion.
According to a report that was given by Colliers International Canada, it showed that the total amount has gone up to $1.7 billion from the half-year benchmark of last year, and an increase of 200 percent in moderate density dealings that are focused at assumptions on rezoning in the long run.
The commercial real estate agency said that the expensive price that the lands are being sold for will be transferred on to home buyers that have a record 22 lively solid residential project that is on sale for more than the normal $1000 per square foot.
