Lenders Much Effective In Maintaining Customer Relationship

Customers are the backbone of every company, firm or organization. Without the support of the clients, business will not be able to expand, profit or function actively. It is always vital for the client-customer relationship to be amicable, worthwhile and satisfying to both parties from which they can benefit.

Credit card companies, banks, and monetary establishment have proved to be better at building and having a better relationship with their customers than pro-sports teams, insurers and even telecoms, as well as airlines.

The result was revealed after a survey conducted by a PR firm, Argyle, based in Toronto. The final analysis disclosed the capabilities of relationship-building of the five subdivisions. Tangerine and RBC were ranked as the top best relationship building firm amongst the other credit lenders that were also part of the poll conducted.

The final result showed that most of the customers of the top ranked lenders get involved or most likely to do business with a brand that is passionate and dedicated to building a customer relationship with them or have them referred to a friend, colleague or family member. Which is to show that customer relationship goes a long way, as lenders have proven to be better in building and maintaining a much better relationship.
