Precise Pricing Skill Needed For Housing Market In 2017
The head of the Saskatoon’s Realtors’ association said that the real estate agents in the region will have to gather and make best use of their skills in preciseness in terms of having the properties priced to help keep the housing market stable this year.
CEO of the Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors, Jason Yochim commented; “2017 is not likely to see a significant change in market conditions, however being properly informed on what those market conditions are and how to properly price is where one of our Realtor members is invaluable.”
Over the year, Saskatoon went through a fall in the sales figure with 3,679 transactions made in 2016, and a decline of 5 per cent in the new listings. There was support from a large number of expensive properties that were sold off, the average selling figure went down to a tad more than $350,000 by 1 per cent.
