Important Event To Be Held In Toronto

An event titled Toronto of the Future is slated from the 26th to the 30th of this month at Metro Hall in Toronto. This will give investors a first-hand to have an insight on what the future holds for the blazing real estate market.

Chief Planner of the City Planning Division of the City of Toronto and the co-host of the exhibition, Jennifer Keesmaat said; “Toronto is a leading city in the Western Hemisphere with respect to the unprecedented scale of urbanization, redevelopment and renewal we see today. We expect this trend of rapid change to continue and as a result we need to continue to push our thinking with respect to what the city could become. As a result, the timing is excellent to present Toronto of the future.”

The occasion will include concept from residential infrastructure, commercial and industrial building that will get Toronto in shape in the coming years. It will be an exhibit of different architectural ideas for no cost at all, the City of Toronto and Oxford Properties Group will be the co-hosts. The first event which was held in 2015, is the second two-yearly event that would be hosted this year.

In a press release, it was noted; “This not-to-be missed event will feature ground-breaking 3D scale models, illustrations, renderings and virtual presentations from top architects, contractors, developers and government agencies, including the City Planning Division of the City of Toronto. The displays will include various projects under construction, approved, planned or envisioned, but all will inspire the conversation of the evolution of a great city.

This is not an event to be missed, investors should take this opportunity to see how the biggest housing market in Canada would turn out to be. Major stakeholders from both the public and private sectors would be present at the event to show the public and media their guidance towards Toronto’s development.
