Worldwide Gathering Held in Ottawa
There was a meeting held in Ottawa with the presence of real estate appraisers from different parts of the world who were present in Canada to attend the meeting and also talk about the changes and development within the appraisal of their line of work. The meeting that took place during the weekend at Ottawa was planned by the Appraisal Institute. Over 600 individuals who are real estate professionals were present at the gathering.
The President of the 2016-17 Appraisal Institute of Canada President Dan Brewer, AACI, P.App said; “We are pleased to host valuation professionals from around the world to discuss issues and trends within the real estate valuation profession that have a significant impact on the domestic and global economy.”
The topic which the speakers talked about was centered on important issues of concern in relevance to nowadays domestic and real estate markets at large which continues to progress as a result of the forces of regulations being set, the state of the economic and the geo-political impact with technology included.
Brewed additionally said; “As the real estate industry continues to be an important issue for consumers, investors, lenders and governments, valuation professionals must discuss and respond to the evolving needs of an increasingly dynamic and volatile real estate market”.
