New Record Hit For Waterfront Home Sales
During last year, waterfront recreation properties based in the Lake Simcoe region of Ontario had a high activity of sales. The region made a record for the sale of waterfront recreational houses in 2016.
Information was delved out by Chestnut Park Real Estate Brokerage that the sales of Lake Simcoe waterfront increased by 82 per cent from the previous year, however, 2014 had a higher percentage of 109 per cent.
