An international business tycoon and his wife have decided to downsize and sell off their Hamilton mansion that has been in their possession close to twenty years. The agent who will be helping them to sell the property, Guy Horsley of Ray Whit Ascot said that the house has amazing views that will attract a lot of buyers. He added: “It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it’s secure and quiet, and the views are just unbelievable.”

Another five-bedroom property on Crescent Road was bought for $4 million back in February, and another five-bedroom with six-bathroom inclusive located on Toorak Road went for $5,050,000 in November, 2015.
