Luxurious Hamilton Home With Spectacular View Goes On Auction

An international business tycoon and his wife have decided to downsize and sell off their Hamilton mansion that has been in their possession close to twenty years. The agent who will be helping them to sell the property, Guy Horsley of Ray Whit Ascot said that the house has amazing views that will attract a lot of buyers. He added: “It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it’s secure and quiet, and the views are just unbelievable.”

Even the photo was proof enough that the house had an amazing view.

For anyone who seems interested in the double-brick house with a low-maintenance outdoor space, which can be latched tightly while out on an errand, the house is a perfect fit. The Routedges who were the previous owners thought this possibly a drawcard, as Mr. Routledge who was the former director of international development company Palladium International spent most of his time outside the country in Dubai for over two decades.

The archives displayed that the couple purchased the 1930s house in the year 1997 for $1,025,000. However, there’s still no price guide for the campaign before the homes go to auction on the 27th of August. A five-bedroom luxurious home located on Windermere Road was recently sold for $3 million on the 9th of April. Another five-bedroom property on Crescent Road was bought for $4 million back in February, and another five-bedroom with six-bathroom inclusive located on Toorak Road went for $5,050,000 in November, 2015.
