Vancouver Experiences Another Month Of Growth In House Prices

The city of Vancouver, British Columbia, has been the subject of a steady rise in house prices for the past 17 months.

Sources such as the Canadian Real Estate Association and Teranet- National Bank Composite Housing Price Index have disclosed that house prices have risen for yet another month in July, making it the 18th consecutive month of price growth in the city.

As a result, all 18 months have ended up setting a new record in the city’s general house prices. The overall rise in prices in Vancouver totalled 24.3% during the past 12 months alone as home prices peaked by 2.3% in June to July.
