Two Real Estate Associations Agree To Work Together

The latest agreement has been made by two parties comprising of Barrie & District Association of Realtors and real estate agents who are members of the Toronto Real Estate Board. The agreement is said to be of great advantage to both bodies. Even though each of them will still continue to operate independently and have their separate boards, each will still share together database information and other certain materials and resources.

The Executive Office of the Barrie & District Association of Realtors, Julia Prices said that they are using this as an initiative to partner with the TREB in order to make the future easier as this is the only prospect. She also said that “BDAR members already extend into the TREB market and vice versa, making this partnership a natural progression. Access to a more extensive database will benefit all members, their clients, and the industry as a whole.”

What most are anticipating is that the partnership between the two associations will enable the real estate agents to have benefits and an upper hand in the upcoming market for next year’s spring.

After all, two heads they say is better than one.
