Canada Listed Third In Increase Of Home Prices
Based on an analytic study that was made by Knight Frank, the breakdown of the analysis revealed that the increase in the home prices in Canada is only outdone by two other countries as stated.
Turkey happens to be at the top of the list according to the UK real estate firm’s global league, the country happens to have an increase of 13.9 percent in the price of home in the country in the year to June 2016, New Zealand follows behind as second on the list, with a percentage of 11.2 percent, with Canada being third on the list, with their increase in home prices being at 10 percent.
It was highlighted in the report that the extended low-interest rates in Canada are the main reason behind the increase in home prices which has doubled over the months.
