Housing Market Strives Well In Windsor-Essex County

The sales of homes in the WIndor-Essex County has maintained its strength, even in the month of August, with the activity in the market increasing to an extra 9 percent and even more compared to last year’s figure which had their year-to-date sale go up by 13.11 percent extra.

A report was made by Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors that the sales for last month were an extra 3.89 percent more, compared to last year, despite the fact that it was lowered to 614 homes from the first 634 in July 2016 and in June which was 720.

In the month of August, the average price for sales was also moderated, unlike the price in July which was at $233,581 before increasing higher to 7.66 percent over the years.
