iPhone Users Request a Solution from Apple

Apple has declined to release any statement in regards to the current iPhone “touch disease.” Pressure continues to mount as more users are complaining about their phones.

The problem which is predominantly experienced with the Apple’s iPhone 6 and 6 Plus models which come out in 2014 have now become a major crisis for the company. It is claimed that the phone goes through a freeze regularly and will not react to any touch command.

Presently there are four lawsuits filed against Apple with the claims that the company had foreknowledge about the defect of the model and failed to do anything about it. Two of the lawsuits came from Canada while the other two came from the U.S.

The first lawsuit which was made in August has taken another dimension as more lead plaintiffs have been added to suit.

According to the plaintiffs, the phone occasionally went unresponsive and there was required to pay hundreds of dollars by Apple to repair or replace it.

The first plaintiff in one of Canada’s lawsuits Rae Wiegers stated that “you miss calls, you can’t text, and it’s a horrible piece of nonsense.’

With an increase in lawsuits, the company is piling up complaints from users on social media channels.
The problem has even lead to a creation of a hashtag on Twitter #touchdisease it’s a thing, it’s serious.” Some users also stated that the company should take the matter seriously.

But with the issue steaming up, Apple has remained silent and making no comment to all the lawsuits.
One victim of the touch disease Hawwa Motiwala explained that “with apple you get to have no answers, they just leave you hanging.’ She went on saying that she was quite disappointed as it was her first phone and had expected much more.

According to Tech enthusiast Justin Tse he claims that Apple is still silent about the problem because they are actually trying to determine the actual cause of the problem before replying to any of the complaints.

He also claimed that Apple had actually given free repair for phones that were having defects in the past and believes that they will also do the same this time around.

In the meantime, Motiwala has bought another phone and that she has learnt a lot from this experience saying, “I know I should not spend too much money on phones.”
