US Real Estate Franchise Enlarges Trail In Canada
A commercial real estate franchisor that is located at Boston, MA: SVN International Corp. has terminated their footprint in Canada with their recent office in Alberta.
The SVN 360 Commercial, which is a new franchise office is run by their president, Dennis Aubin. The commercial franchisor offers full time commercial real estate brokerage services, in areas like Edmonton and the northern Alberta markets.
The operation which the business functions by, is a model of ‘compensated cooperation’, with full assurance by its website that “equitable co-brokerage fees are paid on all properties, and not only to brokers within the same company, but to any and all outside brokers involved.”
Aubin said the latest brokerage model will be introduced as an addition to the commercial markets in areas like Alberta, Edmonton and in other areas of Canada.
