Interest In Southern Florida Market Shown By Buyers From Canada
The Miami Association of Realtors made it clear in a revealed data that Canadians are still on the search in large numbers for property in Southern Florida. During October, Canada took the lead over from Colombia, – which was the long-time main country for searching the association’s online portal – and it still remains the leader.
The 2017 MAIMI Chairman of the Board, Christopher Zoller commented; “Miami’s tropical weather, resort lifestyle and world-class shopping have long attracted Canadian home buyers. With temperatures dropping up north, more Canadian home buyers are purchasing real estate in South Florida.”
Canada happens to be the country that spends the most in the housing market in South Florida amongst other global buyers. In the year 2015, 86 per cent of buyers from Canada paid all-cash into the real estate market in South Florida.
