Although the year has just started, the increase in home sales proposes that the confidence of consumers in the real estate market continues to go up.

For properties like duplexes/rowhouses and condos, the prices went up, with both categories going up by at least 8 per cent, while the price of detached home eased to an average of $416,859 by 0.49 per cent.
