Less Canadians Moving To South Florida

In the ranking of most sought after property, Canada seems to have taken a fall further down the land, as there appears to be more search for houses in South Florida with Russians now the region’s most prolific likely buyers.

Canada was first ranked as number two in September, then moved up into first place in October before moving down to the fifth place in the search ranking during November according to the Miami Association of Realtors. At the top of the list remains Canadians paying 81 per cent of homes in South Florida.

It seems to be that the increase in Russian searches is mostly due to the observation of President Trump’s amicably line of attack to President Putin, despite the fact that Miami city of Sunny Isle Beach’s population which is known as “Little Moscow” is quite sizeable.
