Restaurant Brands CEO Accepts Accountability For Tim Hortons President Changing Work.
Restaurant Brands International CEO Daniel Schwartz will assume control over the parent company of Tim Hortons’ brand presidents obligations as it says the president is moving to a new position.
On Monday, Elias Dias Sese stepped down as Tim Hortons president and went up on the function of president of international expansion.
RBI, which operates Tim Hortons, Burger King and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, is centered around developing its three brands around the world.
Tim Hortons Canada president Sami Siddiqui will work with Schwartz to continue developing the chain and he will take over direct obligations for the brand.
The move came that day that a Tim Hortons franchisee filed a case in an Ontario court looking for a $500-million legal claim against RBI, claiming it utilized money from a national advertising fund.
RBI denies the accusation, which have not been proven in court.
