Year-To-Date Sales Figure Increase In GTA For High Rise Homes

In the first two months of this year, the sales of latest high rise homes in the Greater Toronto Area has increased with surging sales figures. Altus Group data revealed that the year-to-date sales of 5,113 went up from the past year by 67 per cent, making it 110 per cent above a decade average.

For low rise homes, the year-over-year figure went down by 23 per cent to 2,269 sales in the first two months of this year, it was 4 per cent less than the 10-year average.

In total, the sales of 7,382 for the first two months of last year was 54 per cent more than the 10-year average and was 23 per cent above the first two months.
